Concept 4
A Copenhagen fashion and lifestyle concept store built around a carefully curated retail experience. Developed as part of my broader work with independent concept-driven businesses in Copenhagen.
HOSPITALITY / RETAIL CONCEPT / FOUNDER
ØLMAND — Bar & Bottleshop
A beer bar and bottleshop built from the ground up and developed into a strong local concept. I created, built and ran ØLMAND before exiting after 3.5 years.
SNEAKER CONCEPT / RETAIL / COPENHAGEN / FOUNDER / CONCEPT CREATOR / OPERATOR
GUMMI
A female-focused sneaker universe created in Copenhagen with a clear visual identity, curated brand mix and a strong point of view. I developed the concept, built the brand universe and ran the store independently. GUMMI became known for its focus on sneakers for girls and gained strong editorial attention.
SUNGLASSES & AESTHETICS / RETAIL CONCEPT / COPENHAGEN / CO-FOUNDER
Moodboard
Moodboard was a retail concept built around sunglasses, aesthetics and a strong visual universe. The project combined concept development, curation and interior identity to create a distinctive lifestyle-driven store experience.

FOOTWEAR BRAND / FOUNDER / OWNER
SAAL — From concept to thousands of pairs sold.
A footwear concept focused on winter boots and strong commercial execution. I built and scaled the brand, selling several thousand pairs and developing both product and positioning.
LEATHERWEAR / FASHION BRAND / CO-FOUNDER
Ventil Studio
An independent leatherwear concept and fashion brand co-founded with Rakel Mai. The project combined product development, branding and a strong visual identity, and was presented during Copenhagen Fashion Week.
